The majority of the meeting rooms are designed with floor-to-ceiling glass doors, allowing an abundance of natural light to flood the space. On sunny days, meetings can be held comfortably in the daylight, eliminating the need for artificial lighting and helping to reduce energy consumption.
Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort proudly holds GreenGlobe certification, underscoring its commitment to sustainability. Key green initiatives include the installation of energy-efficient LED lighting across the property, significantly reducing energy consumption and enhancing savings. Additionally, water-saving fixtures are implemented throughout the resort, ensuring improved water efficiency. The resort also prioritizes sustainability with eco-friendly conference materials and guestroom amenities, offering a comprehensive, environmentally conscious experience.
As of December 31, 2022, all ACCOR properties worldwide have phased out single-use plastics to help combat pollution. At meetings hosted at the Resort, participants are provided with drinking water in recycled glass bottles, eliminating the need for plastic. Additionally, pens on the tables are crafted from recycled paper and wheat straw, further supporting our commitment to sustainability.
The guestrooms are thoughtfully equipped with sustainable amenities. In addition to recycled glass bottled drinking water, LED televisions, and a wooden key card system, single-use bathroom products have been replaced with eco-friendly luxury amenities by L’Occitane. The dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion are 100% recyclable. Guests are also encouraged to reuse towels and bed linens to help conserve water and electricity, further supporting our commitment to sustainability.
